THE INTERIORS
Three rooms apartment of 100 m² on two levels, for 5+2 guests. At the first level: living-room and kitchen, balcony overlooking the lake, bathroom with shower and window; at the second level: double bed-room, bed-room with three single beds, bathroom with shower and window.

THE OUTSIDE
Table and BBQ on the terrace outdoor overlooking the lake. Private entrance, parking just in front of the house. Common garden with olive and chestnuts trees.

CHECK IN/ CHECK OUT
Check-in (on Saturday): from 2.00 pm to 6.00 pm,
€ 50,00 to be charged for late arrivals.
Check-in (Mon-Fri): day and time to be arranged
Check-out: 9.00/10.00 am

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION
Payment with bank transfer.
Down payment, 25% of total price, at the time of reservation.
The final payment must be done 15 days before the check-in.
Refundable deposit of € 200 (cash), at the arrival.
