THE INTERIORS
Two bed-room 80 m² apartment at the ground floor, max 4 people: living-room and kitchen with a sofa (extra double bed), bathroom with a shower, double-bedroom and a pouf (single extra double bed) and a bed-room with two single beds. From every window you can enjoy a beautiful lake view, even from the bathroom.

THE OUTSIDE
Private entrance, parking just in front of the house, table + BBQ on the terrace lake view. Common garden with olive and chestnuts trees.

CHECK IN/ CHECK OUT
Check-in (on Saturday): from 2.00 pm to 6.00 pm,
€ 50,00 to be charged for late arrivals.
Check-in (Mon-Fri): day and time to be arranged
Check-out: 9.00/10.00 am

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION
Payment with bank transfer.
Down payment, 25% of total price, at the time of reservation.
The final payment must be done 15 days before the check-in.
Refundable deposit of € 200 (cash), at the arrival.
